Registration Terms

MuServer.NET (https://muserver.net/) — License Terms & Purchase Agreement
 

1. Agreement
By purchasing any product or license from MuServer.NET, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
This agreement becomes legally binding immediately after payment is completed.
 

2. Digital Product Policy
- All MuServer.NET products are digital goods.

According to international digital commerce regulations:

- Digital products are non-returnable
- Digital products are non-refundable
- Delivery is considered completed once the license is issued
 

3. No Refund Policy
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL

By making a purchase, you explicitly agree that:

- You waive any right to refunds
- You will not request payment reversals
- You understand the nature of non-tangible software licenses
 

4. PayPal / Payment Disputes
- Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback violates this agreement.

Any attempt to reverse payment will result in:

- Immediate license termination
- Permanent ban from MuServer.NET services
- Blacklisting of customer account and server
- Revocation of all access without reinstatement

This policy is accepted during purchase and serves as proof of service delivery.

5. License Ownership
- License is issued to the original buyer only
- Resale, sharing, or redistribution is strictly prohibited
- One license = one server instance

Violation results in permanent suspension.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By completing payment, you acknowledge that:

- You fully understood what you are purchasing and agreed to these Terms of Service.
 

- If you do not agree with these terms — do not purchase.

This message serves as the official Terms acknowledgment for all transactions.
